Think.
Untill your 100% sure, I woundn't say a thing. Whichever way you try put it, its not going to come out well and this could really hurt your relationship.
On the other hand you could always have a chat and just let him know gently that you need a bit of TLC and that your feeling a bit left out. This will give him something to think about and, depending on his reaction could help you take some desicions - good or bad. At very least you'll know if he's still interested in you.

Are you afraid to piss him off because, youre afraid of him, or because you feel deep down inside that he is not cheating? It is difficult for me to answer this question because I am more concerned about your safety than him cheating. This question makes me wonder what type of man he is and why you are afraid of pissing him off. But this is not about me.
The truth is that you have to find yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror and realize that you are beautiful and worth all the love and affection any woman deserves. If he cant appreciate you then you are better off. And what if he is cheating. ....When one door closes another one opens. He may be giving you the opportunity to be with someone who is more than willing to love you, and treat you like a queen.
Nevertheless, To answer the question. Seek the truth. I believe if you have some cold hard evidence you won't beat yourself up about busting his a**. It may hurt but it seems like youre hurting already. You are responsible for your own heart. Protect It. If you find out he is cheating, pissing him off should not matter anymore. By that time you should be willing to cut him loose. For you. By the way...If you ask, he is not going to tell you the truth.

Just ask him and maybe if he isn't then he will see that he is doing something wrong and think of new ways to treat you so you wouldn't even have the chance to think that he is cheating on you.

And if you do ask him, do you think he would admit it?
Are you that afraid to ask him? Why? does he hit you?
Just ask him. Get it over with. So what if he gets pissed off.
