Really good! I was surprised! Great song, great voice! I hope you have the success you deserve. (Good to hear a woman lead singer - rock on girl).

It's very good, but it gets a bit boring, try a key change or a different guitar riff. Also the guitar solo is a little bland and over used. Other than that, I like it.

The sound is original and the intro is really nice. Try not to have two people singing at once the whole time though, it get's a little draining and the ending is fairly ordinary, maybe try adding a drum solo and reducing the amount the second vioce is used or switch between the two voices to give a different feel to the music.

It sounds like it's been recorded in a bar and then altered to add some more interesting effects but if you make some changes and submit it to a record company you might get a deal drawn up. I would if I were them.

Despite what the others say about your sound and name, I think it works. Velvet tardis is kinda cool, tardis being the mailbox from dr. who and giving a colour shows your the femanine side of the band.

I especially like "walk your mind" and "Nothing else remains" because they are very different and make things interesting. "Chezney" on the other hand sounds too much like walk your mind.

Yeah, go yourkshire!! My last name is Pickering and I'm told there's a town and a castle in yourkshire by that name.

Fantastic name for a band Velvet Tardis! Mmm... Doctor Who...

Anyway, as for the song I liked it a lot. I would consider buying an album of songs like this. Does the band have it's own website and is is playing live in the Leeds area anytime soon?

Reminded me slightly of the Throwing Muses - suppose that's sort or complimentary but I don't really mean to be as I thought it lacked originality.

Change the band name as well. Sounds like you're in the lower sixth. Maybe you are.

I thought it was great, how refreshing to hear a girl rock band. Only one reservation before reading the title I thought she was singing "Walk Your Man" that could maybe put a different lilt to the song.
Thanks for sharing it!

Quite good, sounds a bit like something Pat Benetar would sing.
