Plastic. They are both bad in some way, so I might as well for for the convenient one. Plus, paper bags sometimes need twice as many bags as plastic.

I prefer both paper n plastic bags depending on whether the grocer has either paper or plastic bags..

Plastic bags because i can recycle them. Paper bags promote deforestration.

Plastic bags...they're easy to carry (just loop 'em all over your arm). Besides, I reuse the plastic bags as trash can liners in the bathroom.

paper bags are much better from point of plastic pollution. but sometime there is no choice other than to have plastic bag.

depends if i have to clean the litter box that day or not. plastic if i don't so i can reuse them in my small garbage cans, paper if i need to clean the litter box. but i only use the stores bags if i buy too much to fill my canvas bags that i bring with me.

plastic for most things but if i'm getting ice cream with dry ice i prefer paper...
