for the past few nights ive been getting calls from a restricted number and theyre just quiet. dont say a word. now i stay on the phone n just hit MUTE and they stay on there for 4-10 mins. and do/say NOTHING! is there any way to find out who they are? and YES i have asked who it is n all that n they stay quiet

lol yea its a restricted number so i have no way of knowing who it is. would the phone company have that number even if its restricted? i dont wana go through the hassle of changing my number. its the same time. 3rd night now around 12-2 am

You could call the phone company and the police. It could easily be a stalker.
Another step you can take, short of calling the police, is just to block that number from calling you and/or don't answer it when you see it's them.

hum thats tuff one does this person always call at the same time or is it ramdom? and by quite do you no words can you hear heavy breathing or just nothing. i would suggest getting the law involed then they should be able to get a search warrent and get the phone companys records.
