I have a HP Pavilion Computer.

I have cable TV and also as satellite so I need two tuners to operate both of them.

Can I buy one without the FM radio feature? Or should I buy the same card that I already have in my computer (not sure which one I have yet, I have not looked).

And how does the 2nd tuner interact with Media Center? Or in other words how do you tell Media Center wich tuner to use? Or is it automatic?

Is it easy to install? Can I do it myself?

Most tuners would come with a built-in FM transmitters. There are internal TV tuners which you would need a spare rack at the back of the CPU. Then they are external tuners which uses a free USB port. I suggest if you have an internal tuner, then the best is to get an external tuner for the extra one. To have two internal tv tuners would be a cause of problems. At least, if you face some problems, you can easily plug out the external USB tuner.
For your cable and satellite requirement, try InterVideo Home Theater. Nero Premium also has a program for you to watch
TV or listen to radio. So perhaps you can combine InterVideo + internal tuner to watch cable and Media Center + USB tuner to watch satellite.
I am using an internal TV card plus a few programs. The one that comes with my TV card is Hauppauge WinTV. I also downloaded a Windows Media Center because some sales staff says that I only need Windows Media Player. I have InterVideo and now I also realised that Nero does play TV programs as well.
