Hi there! I'm a CNA specializing in post-surgical care for Transgendered/MTF/FTM...and date FTM.
The top surgery is generally referred to as a double bi-lateral mastectomy, and can cost you from as little as $4000 to as much as $12000, depending on who you go to for the surgery and how much your insurance will cover. Fortunately, more and more insurance companies are willing to assist in defraying the cost of gender reassignment surgeries.
As for the bottom surgery, the best place to go would be in Serbia, at the hospital in Belgrade. It IS expensive, and you would have to factor in costs for a month long stay for recovery, but the results are more natural looking and have a lower risk of complications.
Check out transster.com, where you can find a list of reputable doctors in the state who perform both surgeries, as well as photos so you can see the before and after of each type of surgery, both top and bottom.
Hope this information helps!

1) You can get a mastectomy (it's called top surgery) for around six thousand dollars.
2) SRS (bottom surgery) is more expensive, and the results aren't always super. There are multiple methods, so check it out (I'd list, but it's graphic enough that it'd get censored anyway). Costs could be as low as ten thousand, but are usually three times or more that expensive. Because of the variable results and high cost a lot of female to male transsexuals don't get bottom surgery.
Good luck :)

The removal of fatty tissue from the breast would kinda be like a breast removal if that's what your referring to. Don't know about how much the sex change would run ya tho. Depends on where you wanna go I suppose. Simple lipo,,,

I can't give you any facts, but I would like to give you support. I don't think having your breasts removed (by the way, there's a way to do it so you still have nipples--it's not the complete mastectomy cancer patients get) is that much stranger than a woman having saline packets put into her breasts or having them hiked up or whatever. I think it's another kind of plastic surgery, and one of the best things about being human is that if we don't like what we've got, we can CHANGE IT!
Granted, it's a choice you have to think a lot about, but you clearly are thinking about it.
Incidentally, did you know there have been a lot of FTMs throughout history? Many women dressed and lived as men. You may get a huge kick out of a book called "Suits Me", a biography of a biological woman who lived as a hard-partying, hard-loving male jazz musician named Billy Tipton. (http://www.dianemiddlebrook.com/tipton/bt.html)
Whatever you do, GOOD LUCK!!!

This is just a SLAP IN THE FACE TO GOD!
You are taking what God has given you and saying "this isn't good enough for me" you will surly burn for all eternity if you do this.
You need mental help.
"Gender Reassignment" what a crock of crap. I shudder to think that ANY reputable insurance company would even consider paying any portion of this. IT is BODY MUTILATION" pure and simple.
