Well being Australian, I can't really answer for those people, but for us aussies I can happiliy say no, we do not castrate our men *wipes sweat from brow* It's interesting that the chinese do though, it makes sense because they have an over population problem.

I would say no, because there was a guy who couldn't stop raping women in Texas and he asked the court system to castrate him so he could stop, but they wouldn't do it. I have never heard of that in Europe, at least not currently.
