well, I used to be a bit of a man whore, and had no problem asking girls I just wanted to screw, out for some fun. But when it comes to woman I really like. I become very shy. For example, the girl I'm dating now took me months to get the nerve, and lay the groundwork. I feel like a damn boy around her. She is extremely pretty, but it's natural, she is native american. She doesn't ever need make-up. She is smart and funny, and I was very intimidated by that. Finally, I was at my bar, and had been drinking. She was there, and the words just came out. We have been going out ever since. And she is fantastic. I might just be in love. who knows?

What do u mean by asking out? For a date? Obviously it depends what kinda ppl u approach. For a serious type guy i would be a little hesitat but as to an outgoing guy i wouldn't be shy.

I am a girl, but I've never had to ask a guy out...I don't think that I would be shy to do it though.

Yes... I'm 38, and I've never asked a woman out in my life. They ask me... or they miss out. This rule will have to change soon, as I'm starting to see the need to find MISS RIGHT, before it's too late.

if i care about the guy I'm so shy i can't speak but if i don't really care about him there's no problem and i just hate that. cause I'm really cool with the guys but when there's a person i like i lose my speech

when i'm with a group of girls and guys, i feel the confidence to talk to girls..but when i'm alone with a girl, i feel shy ,don't know why maybe is hormones..
