ok.i.pierced.the.skin.between.my.thumb.and.index.finger.and.i.was.wondering.if.you.would.treat.like.a.ear.piercing.and.clean.it.with.like.hydrogen.peroxide?.

I don't know exactly where you pierced....but OWWWWUAHHHCHHHH!!!! Apply anti-bacterial ointments with a sealed bandage around the area for a few days. Any signs of the area worsening, go to the doctor.

I'm not sure i want to know where you pierced but use dial anit-bacterial soap and get air to the area as much as you can.

how about you go and see the doctor right now? you can't get any better advice than the doctor's
