Because of the many bias about the way life can express. But recent discoveries show more and more (in the deep oceanic depressions, in comets or even on other planets) that life is able to use any kind of tools and conditions to reinvent itself each time.

It seems to me that scientific evidence is rapidly emerging that life on earth possibly was a large cosmic insemination process:

by chance (erratic comets with life spores)?

and/or by the Creator Will?

and/or wisely decided and directed by advanced civilizations as a large galactic hybridization test (in this case the background theme could have been: "unity in diversity)?

and/or by "Ourselves in the past" as spiritual beings and divine cosmic cocreators (Elohim)?

and/or other...

Well sciencficially speaking, planet earth is one of the planets in space that has a correct atmosphere for life to survive in. It contains the correct and well balanced amount of gases for human life and other living organism to live on. Now I don;t think that earth is the only planet out there in the solar system or in the galaxies that can support human life, there is a probablity that other planets out therein space can also like earth support human life, i'm not saying that they could be exactly the same as with, different organism might live there, that have adapted to their environment, which may be totally different than earth, but it's good to keep an open mind about these things.

Not everybody thinks in that way.As we know so far Earth is the only life supporting planet. There are almost 100 billion stars in our own Milky-way galaxy and out of which several stars may be having life supporting planets."Life is universal but intelligence is rare."

We don't think that.
However, so far the earth is the only planet we found that can and does support life.

It is based on the fact that all life that we have observed needs liquid water to exist. That means that the planet must be between 34 and 212 degrees on the surface. The mercury and venus are too hot and Mars on out is too cold.

So it basically comes down to temperature.

You could count on one hand the number of scientists who think this. Anyone who does think this way probably has no idea of just how many stars with planets there must be in the universe, and that the mathematical probably of life existing elsewhere is extremely high.

we don't know if earth is the only planet in all galaxies but it is the only one in this solar system as it has the most important material for life namely water in liquid state and ideal surface temperature that is neither too hot or too cold

Who is we? Support of lifeforms is according to scientists formulas close to 100% for certain conditions, like distance to star, water etc. Sometimes it perhaps takes longer than other times but life - count on it.

The vast majority of enlightened people think that there is almost certainly life on other planets.
