I usually use Ramses or LifeStyles myself...

Well, for Burgers/Hotdogs...Mustard, Ketchup, Relish & Onions ( Red, White, Yellow, or Green ), BBQ Sauce, Various Cheeses, Mushrooms, sometimes Bacon Bits are a nice touch!
For Chicken, Pork Chops & Steaks...I prefer to Marinade them first for several hours...Just so the meat Melts in your mouth!...In Oil & Water, Lemon Juice, Chopped Garlic, Onion, sometimes a splash of Wine or Beer, Plus & other spices depending on your creative mood?...
Condiments might then include...BBQ Sauce ( so many varieties - You can't get bored! ), Sea Salt, Garlic Salt &/or Garlic Pepper, Chopped Green Onions, sliced Red, Yellow or White Onions, Peppercorns, Mushrooms, even a touch of Your favourite Salad Dressing.
Experimenting is the Key! If unsure how a particular condiment will affect your meal...isolate a small portion & add the questionable ingredient...You'll soon build up a variety of recipes & delicious condiments to use for whatever meal you're preparing!

I am Filipina so I like the following condiments - Ketchup; Sinamak (mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, tomatoes and onions); Soy Sauce with Lime; and Vinegar, Garlic, Salt & Pepper.

Mustard.I don't like Ketchup at all, it's disgusting.Real Mayo is great, but in second place.Miracle Whip is gross.

Mayonnaise...I like to put it on my hamburgers and dip my fries in it. It's quite tasty. I cannot stand ketchup for some reason.
