eat a grapefruit before every meal, and stay off the caffeine (it stimulates your appetite). i cut out all sodasand replaced them with water (lots of water), started eating grapefruit before each meal, and increased my exercising by just a few repetitions everytime i worked out. i lost 34 lbs in 7 months and feel great. the first 10 lbs came off quick, but i had 4x that to lose. the less you have to lose, the less you drop at first. just don't give up...you can do it. good luck.

Depends on how much and how fast. Ya can loose 10-15 lbs a week if you walk/run for an hour or two everyday. I've heard if you walk/run about 10-15 miles a week you can maintain your weight with a proper diet and all. If you wanna loose it fast and have no money limit, get all the fat sucked out of where ever ya want it out. If ya want it some what quick and some what cheep try usin' some weight lose pills and exercise and a good diet.

cut out all sugar (sugar is burned before fat during exercises)exercises (walk or jog an hour every other day), eat small portions all throughout the day, things like carrotts, apples, green peppers.(this increases metabolism) Use a smaller plate for dinner to make smaller portions feel bigger.
Pills don't work and can be very unhealthy. Crash diets are very unhealthy and you will regain the weight. You have to get your body moving and make a lifestyle change.

Don't cry, that won't help. The problem with losing weight quickly is that it will go back on just as quickly. Eat sensibly and exercise to maintain a healthy weight.

Pilate's, replace one meal a day with oatmeal, cut out white stuff(sugar, bread) drink 1.5-2 liters of water a day (which is about how much the average adult pees, and perspires per day) 25 min. of moderate exercise a day. 5 min. to warm up with jump-rope, 20 lunges per leg, 4 sets of 20 push-ups, 100 crunches on an exercise ball, end with 5 min. of jump rope

Try running about a mile a day, then slowly working your way up to more and more miles a day. Also maybe try to replace unhealthy snacks with apples and peanut butter or something.
