Ravel's "Bolero", of course. Ever seen '10' starring Dudley Moore and Bo Derek?
Also 'C'est un reve' from Offenbach's operetta 'La Belle Helene' or Enzo Enzo's 'Les yeux ouverts' (a French version of 'Dream a Little Dream of Me') for a relaxing romantic mood and her 'Pacifico' for a more physical mood.
