1. Don't listen to the radio
If you hear a song you haven't heard you will unwillingly prioritise listening over sleeping. Choose music you know the most so you won't need to think about it.
2. Instrumentals
By nature, people focus on lyrics, it's just what we do. Lyrics distract people, it's hard not to hear lyrics. That's why all the posh restaurants have instrumentals playing. They provide background music to provide the mood, but don't distract people with words.
