I used to think that.. Bacon and cheese are wonderful tasting foods.. but when I reached 350 pounds I decided to cut out the amount I ate.. and it's working.. I've lost 35 pounds so far in the last 3 months..

When I go to the movies I have them take an empty extra large popcorn bucket have them fill it with nacho cheese and give me a straw. mmmmmmmmm
