Because they have hard earned LEGAL MONEY only........can not buy costly legal things with that.

What do you mean by illegal things? I've bough alcohol and tobacco underage, and I bought fireworks underage.. none of those things are "illegal" cause you CAN legally buy them.. I just wasn't old enough.. now, when I was 14, I went on a school trip to Boston and there was a guy selling movies on the street at a stand, so I bought "Titanic" , this was in 1996... do the math.. I don't think Titanic was released until 1997.. my mom was pissed when I got home and showed her what I bought.

I can't speak for others but I to my knowledge have ever bought anything illegal. Who knows what some people will sell though!

One time I lied and bought this rocket. You had to be sixteen to buy it and I was fourteen at the time. I don't know if that really counts. Absolutely NO DRUGS though.
