It's how bad people work and then live with themselves afterwords.

You probably unconsciously look for people who you can help in one way or the other. Once you stop this and start to seek people who fulfill your needs rather than you just fulfill theirs, you'll find someone who's not an emotional vampire but equal to you. You need to do a bit of thinking and find out why is it that you end up in these relationships. I am sure these needy people meet others too, but how come you end up dating them whilst other girls (?) just pass these guys??
Believe me I've been there, but not anymore. :)

That's because you are acting like a victim. You kinda have a sign on your forehead saying "I'm a victim, suck me dry". What you need to do is be callous to the vampires. 1. If the person talks to much about himself or herself, avoid him/her. This is a true blue emotional vampire
2. Avoid drama queens and drama kings
3. Avoid sore losers, someone's ex-boyfriends/girlfriends or ex-husbands/wives
4. Avoid bosses who like to confide to you. They're your boss, not your best friend. This is the most dangerous type of vampire. They have the power to sack you

My boyfriend is one too I think. I don't know you but I would guess you are a good listener and a kind person. Sometimes thats all it takes to be one. He attracts the most negative people including myself. It may be because you are afraid to let others know what you really think about them because you want them to like you. Don't do that. You will become a human toilet.
