it would almost certainly be canada, a clean country with pretty much more surface fresh water than any country in the world and has hydroelectric dams nationwide. canada likely is the answer for all of the above but like anywhere in the world, water supplies are threatened by many sources. the hydroelectricity is totally abundant and often sold to the united states.

i think that the great lakes is the largest deposit of fresh water in the world... so probably North America(US and Canada)
