I keep getting a pop up telling me that windows desk top search?

I would like to know please what this is amd what it means. When I click on it nothing happens. How can I get rid of it?

Use a Pop Up Stopper, Or get a Anti Virus program with pop up stopper..maybe you have one with your anti virus but havnt activated it.
