No. Only one person being married has to be a baptized Catholic.

The rules for Catholic marriage are the same world wide and are covered in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Code of Canon Law.

Used to be that was true. Now the Catholic Church has amended their position on marriage to non-Catholics. I do believe though, that you have to be Christian. Faith in Jesus Christ is the key here. That is it. Repent.Then pray. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that G*d has raised him from the dead you shall be saved. This means saying and believing.

YES U NEED TO BE CATHOLIC..and if u arent u need to be baptized as Catholic before the wedding day!!
