Anyone know an inexpensive place to rent boats near Lake Perris or Newport Beach?

Lake Perris is 55 miles away from Newport Beach, so I am assuming this is two different questions.
Lake Perris- Closest town is Moreno Valley. Look on Internet Yellow Pages for Moreno Valley or Perris. Also try Riverside.
Newport Beach- Same only more, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Dana Point.
