It depends on the situation. There is vision therapy that helps with certain conditions. Unfortunately there has not been any progress in reversing nearsightedness or presbyopia. Believe me, if there had been, all my professors would not be wearing glasses/contact lenses. Leafy green vegetables have some nutrients that seem to help in certain eye diseases such as macular degeneration. Carrots also contain some of these nutrients.
Glasses with pinholes simply limit aberrations from non-perpendicular light rays, they do not improve your eyes, simply allow you to see what you are capable of seeing.

It depends what industry you are in? Do you wear glasses already? Are you having headaches or blurred vision?
Recommended you give your eyes a rest from close up work, like when you are on the PC at work or home. Get up, have stretches, go outside, look into the distance..it uses the eye muscles and prevents you needing glasses that way :)

Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables, do eye exercises by concentarting on a black dot, relax your eyes after long hrs on computer or TV by splashing water or covering with your palms, take break in between work and look at a far away object to relax your eyes preferably at open sky......
