I heard that dolphins also enjoy sexual intercourse...are there any others? Monkeys perhaps?

You've gotten some good answers so far, and most are right.

Most animals with a nerveous system and a reproductive system that involved the young developing within one of the parents for some amount of time (even if they just form in eggs and the eggs are then laid) experiance physical pleasure while engaging in sex.

There are five species that will actually engage in sexual intercourse for the pleasure as often or more often than for the purpose of procreation. They are: Humans, Dolphins, Elephants, Swans and various breeds of Monkies. Of those five, Humans, Dolphins and Swans will engage in the act of rape with the female being just as likely to be the aggressor as the male.

I've learned that humans are the only mammals who actually have a high enough level of brain functioning to get pleasure from sex or to have sex for pleasure. But then what do I know???? I just found this article on google.com and am pasting it here. Read for your own information. I thought it informative.

Pleasurable Kingdom: Animals and the Nature of Feeling Good
Jonathan Balcombe (2006)
ISBN: 1403986010

It's taken many years to finally convince people that, like humans, animals can suffer pain and stress, but what about other complex sensations? Can animals experience pleasurable sensations, or is pleasure the sole domain of humankind? Jonathan Balcombe, Animal Behavior Research Consultant for the Washington DC-based Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, not only thinks that they can, but he also shows us that animals can experience pleasure from a wide array of stimuli. While we need only look to our pet cat curled up on their favorite chair (or yours!) for confirmation of animal enjoyment, Balcombe presents thoroughly researched evidence to numerous other examples. Like humans, other species can derive pleasure from sex, food, intimate contact, being comfortable, and even from anticipation and aesthetics. Balcombe's arguments are not only a joy to read, but they are also biologically and evolutionary sound, as without experiencing the pleasures that accompany sex, food, or companionship, why would any animal go back for more? Balcombe's motivation for writing Pleasurable Kingdom stems from his belief that animal emotions are a neglected area of science. It also makes perfectly good sense that Balcombe should write Pleasurable Kingdom with the general reader in mind, as so many people come into contact with animals everyday. The end result is a carefully balanced book that is neither too heavy nor too light on science, and which also includes some very humorous, enlightening and intriguing animal tales. Pleasurable Kingdom also takes on a stimulating philosophical bent, as Balcombe hammers out some of the ethical consequences that may come with the knowledge that animals can experience pleasure.

As far as I am aware currently Dolphins are the only other species that shows an indication of actually receiving pleasure from intercourse. Although, most people reference the fact that a pigs orgasm may last up to 20-25 minutes, it is not known whether they are pleasurable.

i think you are confusing engaging in sex without reproductive reasons and finding pleasure in it.
i don't know if animals find pleasure in sex. mother nature is wise and has programed her creatures to enjoy the things that help them survive, so maybe most animals do.
however, dolphins are the only other animal besides man (as far as we know) who have sex when there is no possibility of reproduction, like when the female is already pregnant, or before she is fertile again. dolphins have sex just because they want to, when they're not "in heat".
as fas as we know, no other animal does that.

All animals get pleasure from sex, otherwise they wouldn't mate.
Other than humans, dolphins are the only mammals to have sex for pleasure rather than just to reproduce

Yes, monkeys do. As far as I know, most if not all animals get pleasure from sex. Why else would they do it? It's not like they know that they have to.

I once read that dolphins will have sex just for pleasure, but I am unsure.

I would assume all animals with a nervous system enjoy sex. That's why it feels good. It ensures that animals will engage in intercourse and reproduce.
