OK here are some tips. Make sure your breath is clean. Then kiss. You can try many things. Clean breath is most important. I once had bad breath years ago but I got some of those flossing stick things , mouth wash , Teeth cleaning gum , better tooth paste and brushing more often. Bad breath went away in a few weeks. Never as returned.

Make sure you wet your lips, just a little, but also be sure to swallow any excess saliva you may have. Nothing's worse than a mouthful of someone else's spit. I had to learn that one the hard way.
Good luck. It'll happen. I was 15 when I had my first kiss too. Seemed like I was the only one left who hadn't. Soon this will all be a memory for you.
