No way. I think that we are not advanced enough to prove this. If the universe is truly infinite then how can we be the only creatures in the universe.
You mean only planed in the universe with living creatures right? beacause there are other creatures in the univers.. cats, dogs, cows, giraffes, crows, etc...

God says there are as many earths as sands on the sea shore but as far as creatures, you missed me by about 28 years. I used to be a creature but now I'm a people.

Sorry to be different, but stop watching the Sci-Fi movies people. I believe there are other living things (such as plants and stuff). But, come on. Aliens? Too many movies for y'all. Besides, our Galaxy is the ONLY one with livable conditions.
And the Universe isn't infinite, it just keeps expanding.

We are not. I am 100% sure there are perhaps 50000000 or more creatures in the universe smarter then we or humans are.

There could be. It'd be pretty cool if they came to us and allowed us to help them study our culture. Although I'm not sure they'd like movies or games Like Duke Nukem 3D or Independance day; what with the alien killing and all.
