Could be a mouse or some other small dead critter in your heating or ventilation system. Take your car to service station.

What you want to do is 1st put on one of those coveralls,the booties, the hair net , a mask and don't forget the gloves. Set up a camera so you record the whole thing. Protect your camera by wrapping it up in plastic. Then start by opening the trunk because most likely the body will be there. LOL!!!!!Seriously call the cops,fool!!!!

First get a credible witness! Next use gloves! THEN... look through the window and check the seats and floor. If it looks clear, open them and check again. Open the glove compartment and check for body parts. Open the truck and look. Lift the mat and check where the spare goes.

i have heard a couple different stories.........if someone has thrown up in the car, the mess is cleaned up, but when it gets very hot, the terrible smells surfaces. maybe the previous owner died in the car......

pop the truk and check.
also, maybe an animal crawled up in your engine and you killed it while turning on the car.
