"Oh you youngster"sang the grand mom.... you would be better served to deal with your phobia... many women have a fear of pregnancy... that is very common.
yours has just taken this form.
Talk with women who have experience and knowledge about pregnancy and birth. If you really think your fear is too great to carry a child then you can go to a fertility clinic and see what they say and have to offer.
You might be able to have another woman carry your child to delivery but that can be complicated and if she changes her mind it could get ugly. If you have a female relative like a sister or cousin that would be a possibility too.
Just do more research on the possibilities available to you and to the costs of each option.
this is not an easy question to answer but I hope I gave you a few ideas on where to go from here.

You have received the answer about another woman hosting the in vitro fertilized egg from your husband and you.
Having a baby does not mean to have an alien that will eat you from the inside. It is one of the most beautiful experiences that a woman can have in her life. Besides, if scared about the delivery, you always can go for an elective section.
Have you consider the most sincere way to deal with your problem?
Just get some consultancies with a good psychologist and try to find out why do you feel so reluctant to accept one of the more important feminine condition. Watch out, are you sure that what your reason tells you about having a baby through artificial methods is what you really want?
Not every woman needs to have kids. Be careful and think that a kid needs the complete support of their parents, lots of patience and a life commitment.
Being a mother demands the ability to give everything from you, otherwise start trying with a less demanding creature, as a cat. Please do not get offended, I am only trying to give you another point of view, the one who thinks about the future of a human being that is questioned before considering the conception.

Yes -its called a surrogate mother, but if you relly wanted to be a mother why wouldnt you want to carry and protect your own child if you have such a deep yearning for a child- how will you handle raising kids if you have such strong phobias, if you really did want a child u would seek counseling before making such a life changing decision.being pg builds the bond between mother and child - besides what if the surragate mother starts trouble w/ the custody thing - i think that if is such an "ick" to you to have a baby then why dont you just adopt-unless there was something medically wrong why wouldnt u try to concive yourself-its not all that bad maybe you just heard tooo many horror stories- its not that bad

From what I understand, surrogacy is NOT illegal. People who can't carry a child do it all the time.
There are some legal arrangements that have to be made, but you certainly can harvest eggs from you and join them with the sperm of your mate and then implant them into a surrogate's uterus.
It's expensive, but it's legal and totally doable.
That being said, you really should get some counselling for your phobia if you truly want to be a mother.

Been mother is the most beautiful experience in your life. You can not see it like and Alien thing from the movies!
At the beginning you don't feel anything, but with time you start feeling your baby moving, and you can not panic, since you know that is something part of you.
What you are asking for is for a surrogate mother, and it involves a lot of legal issues.
I really think that you are not ready to by a mother.

Yes, but you have to be very careful, because sometimes the birth mother changes her mind. Carrying and giving birth to a baby is a very emotional experience...hormones rage. Have you gone to a doctor about your phobia...it's probably a better choice. Phobias seem impossible to overcome, but it's done everyday.

Just see a psychologist or something.
If you really want to be a mother, you have to be emotionally and physically prepared for it. Aside from that, if you refuse not to conceive your baby, what will be the reaction of your future child? She or he may feel that she/he is not wanted. But if you are really afraid to carry your baby for nine months and you are really decided to look for another alternative, consider first the things that I have mentioned above.

you may not like how it sounds and I am not sure if you actually have a diagnosed phobia or just a fear of it but I thought it would be weird also, until I got pregnant....I dont miss any of the birthing process but I do miss being pregnant and being able to play with the baby inside of me...

you would have to use a surrogate mother. But they are illegal in most places. However, if you really ant a baby, you will get over your phobia because no doctor is going to do it if you are cpable of carrying a baby. besides, if you aren't capable of that, its highly unlikely you would be able to look after a baby properly.
