Some people drink milk before going to bed. I drink tea, it cleanses your body and calms me down after a hectic day. I also listen to classical music. I have this Benedictine Chant that makes me realy fall asleep because of their hypnotizing chants. And lastly, I think it's good to rid of your brain with thoughts about your life, even for just a few hours.

Compartmentalize, turn on music that relaxes the mind, and think about the ocean. Try to relax your body mentally by starting with the toes and working your way up.
Shut down your computer and drink something warm in a completely silent house.

try sleeping pills, if you're in the usa get some tylenol pm. otherwise just make yourself a hot drink and stuff your face with pizza and just watch tv until you fall asleep. if all that fails try masturbation.
