Since you don't have any data on the G and H drives, there's no reason to use special software like Partition Magic. That's for situations when you do have data and don't want to loose it or reinstall everything.
The easiest thing to do is use Windows XP's disk management feature to:
1) Delete the existing partitions (G and H drives), and then
2) Create and format a new partition for the entire size of the drive (6.4G).
To get into disk management, right-click on My Computer, then hit Manage. A window will popup with a bunch of options going up and down the left side. Choose Disk Management.
On the right, you'll see the G and H drives. Right click on each of those and delete the partitions. Once they're both gone, right click on the blank drive and create a partition. You'll need to format it with the NTFS (Windows NT) file format in order to put your data on it.

Partition Magic is overkill for a job like this, when the drive in question doesn't have any data you care to preserve. As reported, you could use the Windows XP setup disk to delete any existing partitions. Then you can just format a new one of 6.4 GB.
Other options include using a Win98 boot disk (which you can get from bootdisk.com). At the command prompt, you would type "fdisk" without the quotes and hit enter. This utility can assist you in deleting partitions as well. If you want to format in NTFS, however, it's recommended that you use the XP setup disk.

If you have your Windows XP installation disc, reboot with the disk in the drive and run the Windows setup program. Proceed as normal until it asks you to select a partition to install on. Use the commands offered to select, delete, create, and then format the two partitons into one.
