Note: This is illegal and I do not advise nor condone the use of this method nor have I personally tested it.

Go to .C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Windows Genuine Advantage\data

inside you will find a file called Data.dat open that file with notepad and delete all the stuff in it… now save the file and set it as read only and restart pc but in SAFE mode ** Yes, this step is required **

Now go to c:\windows\system32 folder: MUST be in safemode

Rename the file wgalogon.dll as wgalogon.bbb

Rename spmsg.dll to spmsg.aaa

Delete wgatray.exe

Now go to C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download and DELETE the folder called

REBOOT & all should be resolved

Window Vista has way better function plus better hardware that help vista with window xp truly any applications that could keep up with more moderen technologies. Plus the reason they make a 2d Verizon of a product is because it truly is larger then the a million st verizon. So before you start up putting forward window xp is larger then vista it truly is for sure no longer because with window xp barley has any applications can it help blue enamel? Can window xp be connect to xbox 360 or ps3? vista can yet plus those those who're putting forward xp both cant arise with the money for vista or has a older pc.... and also they made a better moderen verison of vista a lot less glichts.

I have the EXACT same thing, difference being that my copy is legal, but sometimes it still messes up. It won't effect your computer anymore, exept you will no longer be able to get updates, and your log-in will be slower, along with the annoying pop-ups all the time. I have a program to get rid of it.
Trust me, I have 3 computers that all had this problem, my program will work.

The Validation Software is not spyware. It's uninstallable via control panel.

Works every time, just trust me (and at least this way isn't harmful to your computer.)

Just download it from the link in my sources, you scan it if you don't trust me. If you find this helpful, vote for me!

My Dear

First and foremost u must turn the feature "Autoupdate" off.
if it contines then format the harddisk and reinstall the win-xp but turn the autoupdate off.
or
u can c in control panel that there may be any update trying to install or installed. just uninstall it.
U might get rid off with that message.

try to get a diffrent serial.

you dont want those stinky windows updates anyways. Why is it they have an update like every other day. just take the switch to mac. windows is hideous, and to prone/open to problems.

I hope someone from kind of authority comes on here and sees that and finds your identity and arrests you. You can't get rid of the message, and I suggest (if you don't want to be caught) that you stop getting onto the Internet, they can track you.

It is because of the version of XP you have. You will have to eventually get a legal copy and then it will go away.
