No. When any judge grants you sole custody, ALL other staes must abide by that ruling, no matter WHAT state it occured in.

If you move to a different state, he can re-open the case in that state. If you let her go see him, he can file for emergency custody. He can also refile for custody rights in Arizona if he wants. Basically, until she's 18, he can keep trying to get custody rights. But your daughter has to live in the state he files in.

yes..only if he got custody...
and no if you have custody.
but if both has joint custody then 6 month she can stay with you
and the other 6 months she is with him..and you don`t give her back during his time..then yes he can take her from you...
so it really disappends who got custody...

but, if you are not divorce yet..then whom ever files 1st will get the child...
