i need to gain weight around 50 kg.can anyone tell me some diet menus which will help me to gain weigth.

Add an extra 1200 calories to your diet every day..... Believe it or not fruit smoothies are very fattening, high in natural sugars, and they are good for you... Drink Ensure's with every meal, they taste kinda bad but they add alot of calories and vitamins, they come in alot of different flavors... they have you drinks these if your real sick to build you up and put on weight.... try it....Good luck....

What is your height ? The ideal weight is your height minus 110.So can copute yourself how many kgs you should add.
I think you are better to see a specialist doctor in diet.You must adhere to your doctor to eat fatty meat,vegetables and fruits sufficiently everyday.You must take a rest adequately.Please consult your doctor maybe you have some problems in your digestion and your intestine.You can not eat a hot and sour meals.You can also eat supplements which are many to be sold.
But anyway I think it is better you are underweight than overweight and have many deseases..Healthy life is the best for your husband.May God bless you with happiness.
