I am taking your request seriously, and am assuming that you are asking this because it has happened to you, or to someone you know.
I am no expert, altho I have been molested so I do have some perspective.
Here's my take:
It all depends on the circumstances, and you really haven't given any information on those.
If you were unwantingly kissed on the mouth while asleep, you have the right to be personally upset and experience feelings of violation.
But I am unable to tell you whether the authorities would consider it criminally prosecutable...if that's what you were asking. Again, not enough info about the circumstances for me to be able to say.
You might consider speaking to a group that specializes in assisting molestation survivors and asking them your question. You may even be able to speak to someone anonymously on the matter.

You need to describe the situation in more detail. If you're married to this person, then probably not, but if it's someone you don't know, or if you are underage, or a hundred other things, then it is sexual assault. The word 'unwanted' doesn't really apply here, since you can't really want anything when you're asleep. Your prior relationship with this person will be what the court wants to know about.

Yes, any touch that is unwanted in molesting. Are you ok? I read some other questions. Do you want to talk? You sound like you need a friend.

If you are a minor, it could be considered molestation or an indecent act on a minor or something of that nature. It depends on your local statutes.
If you are an adult, then it isn't as easy to categorize it as a crime. Harassment maybe?

Molestation is usually sexual in nature. I wouldn't call kissing molestation. Who is kissing you while asleep? Are you a minor? Your question is strange. Lock your door.

brandicarillo is correct. It all depends on your age, and your relationship with the person who kissed you.

Well, you should maybe run this situation by your pastor or others who may be more suited to advise you.

Well, knowing you, you're not going to talk to your folks about it, so talk to a counselor.
