I quitted for a bout 8 monthsin my job of 2 years to have a life of my own. Going on Holidays (8x so far), lazing around. But it isn't good to tell your futuer employer right? Any good answer to share with?

say that you were very stressed out after working for so many years(don't just say after 2 years of that job, else they may think you'll work 2 years and take 8 months off in that cycle), and needed time to relax and regroup. you could also say your old co-worker(s) harassed you and the boss knew and did nothig about it

you could say a friend or family member was in a car accident, and you took time off to help them out

well thats not a good thing to tell a potential employer.
The best thing is to be honest, you left because of pay or schedule or personnal reasons. The employer had hired someone to take your position, when you left.
It's trickey but a good reference will help you out.

Tell them you had an oppurtunity to travel. It may open up dialog.
