Oil is used for the siding for the house, the vinyl on the floor, the insulation, the drywall, the wrappings for all the wires, your TV, your plastic cups, your appliances, your clothes, your shoes, your furniture, your computer, your refrigerator, the containers for your food. It is used to heat many homes in the north as well as the electricity in some homes.

Oil makes stuff slippery. Oil lubricates moveing parts. Refined Oil makes Petroleum, Plastics, (about a thousand other things or more), and pollution.
A good example of plastic is the dashboard in an automobile. Or a G.I. Joe.
