Generally, no.

The US Bankruptcy Code is set forth in Title 11, United States code. The bankruptcy code sets forth a list of the items which can be discharged in bankruptcy. Generally, a fine levied for a crime cannot be discharged.

Without knowing more information it would be improper to comment further. You should consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your state to determine what can and cannot be discharged in your state..(as it does vary). If you have a fine levied against you, there may be other alternatives, and the attorney can explore that with you.
