You should ask your piercer for the proper care so you know for sure or if you can't do that check it on google for some sites and you'll find something. Another suggestion would be to go to a place that does piercings and tattoos and ask someone who knows what they're talking about and they'll give you a good some good advice for caring for your piercing.

Alchohol 2 times a day minimum then after two to three weeks check if its still hurt if not remove the earing and clean it by also using alchohol actually there are two kinds heal wound
1.the wound is heal but the cells are still alive so if you remove your ereang for long its hole will close again
2.the wound is heal and the cells are dead you can remove your earing for a long time its hole will not close

if its newly pierce dont play with it or to remove and remove coz it will get swell

ehh alcohol isn't that good...
when I first got my ears pierced I always used hydrogen peroxide, it cleans it out really well and won't sting even if you have some blood there. Usually alcohol is used for cuts on your skin or something. Use hydrogen peroxide to clean it twice a day.

Alcohol twice a day minimum.
They'll get soaped when you wash your hair, so stick with alcohol.

Do NOT use baby oil.

Alcohol is the best to use at least twice a day and make sure you leave the stud earrings in for at least 6 weeks.

Peroxide is bad.... it can make it worse... call a claires, or a pierceing store, and they will tell you to just buy the stuff they have, it doesnt burn like alcohol, and does just as good a job.

With a piercing, you need to rotate it and clean it with alcohol every 2-3 hours until it heals! I have my tongue peirced, 3 in each ear, and my belly button. If your tongue is peirced, use mouthwash every 2 hrs. anything else, use alcohol.

i have lots of piercings and have always been advised to never use alcohol or peroxide because they can dry the piercing out.
