My girlfriend & I live in a house that only get good sun after 3pm of a day.
The gay guys live on 2nd floor (side where sun is good).
I know that the guy is gay because he lives with my nephew (gay) & he tells me they do it. My nephew is 21 & gay guy is in his 50.

A privacy fence wouldn't help as he's above us (2nd floor)
We have had full sex out on the vehrandah heaps of times & he has seen it.
I can't get my nephew 2 give him a smack as he'd throw him out & he'd want 2 move in with us & we don't want 2 come home one day & screwing some bloke,yuk !!

Mate i don't know if this is true but i think thats considered sexual harrassment in australia. dont know about the other countries. tell the cops and charge him.

You could do the following: move, use to a tanning bed, go ask him nicely to not look over at your side at certain times each day because you need your privacy, find another place outside to tan, don't tan, or just go beet the **** out of the guy and let him know you mean business (make sure your cousin knows what is going on and to not get any ideas about moving in if things don't work out with this old man). Sometimes he may not be looking and blowing kisses at U bit at your Girlfriend who is also nude when U R nude sunbathing.To avoid this U can build a big Fence so that he cannot see U 2 taking sunbathing OR just build a ROOFLESS small room outside so that the sunlight can reach U 2 and will in private world.And can do ANYTHING(SEX) without any ones disturbances.Be careful sometime he will take you and your girlfriend nude and will post it in some websites.So do anything to prevent it before he loses his control and do anything wrong.If he was GAY and want to do sex with U JUST KICK HIS ASS.

Are you sure he's gay or just acting like it so he can see your girlfriend? If you don't have a privacy fence up, by one of those little metal buildings and just don't put the top on it... or build a little box that you and your girlfriend can lay in but not be seen by others.

Why dont you ask him to stop? And if he doesnt stop ignore him, because its not a big deal. Its not like hes damaging you or anything.
But since you added the 50 years old thing, i would really do something. Thats sick. But i cant think of anything affective besides getting your nephew involved.

How about going to a tanning salon and stop having public sex. I know it may be thrilling but if it bothers you when he watches, he's not going to stop probably. Either that or build a little hut, with ya know, a roof, but with one wall gone so that when the sun is low enough you can catch it.
