I wont to do the right thing,but she wonts me to just except that this chiled is mine and to sign stating to that fact.I said why not do testing so all will know, then you and I and most importantly the baby will know who the father is. If you don't know 100% that the child is yours then you do not need to sign anything until you find out that the child is yours. I am glad that you will stand by and take care of the child if it is yours but it isn't your job if the baby isn't yours. There are tests that can be done to find this information out even before the baby is born. Good luck to you! Hope all works out well. :)

a man in our town believed the girl and married her and put his name on the bc then after the divorce testing showed that he was not the father but had to continue child support until the child was 18 because he assumed parenthood for the child at birth.

Don't sign. Until a paternity test is done, don't say it is your child, especially if she slept around. If she wants child support from you, it needs to be proved with a DNA test. And next time, be more careful of who you have sex with!

if I were you I wouldn't sign ANYTHING until you get a test. there is nothing wrong with wanting to know for sure. good luck and hopefully everything works out for the best.

Do not sign anything until you find out for sure that the kid is yours, if indeed she is pregnant. If the baby is not yours, then it's no longer your concern.
