Me and my wife have been married for almost a year and I haven't been able to give her an orgasm. I have tried a lot of things But nothing has really worked. Please help me.

Well, without going into too much detail.
The G-spot is behind the pubic bone, about half way up of her upper/front wall of the vagina. It isn't actually in the vagina it is in the spongy lining/wall of that surrounds the urethra and bladder, attached to the uterus.
Stimulation here and clitoris stimulation together should most definately get her climbing the walls

medical papers have suggested that some women have a hard time achieving orgasm regardless of stimulation. Some suggestions were to encourage a women to masturbate more. This will allow for easier Orgasm achievable.
Though the basics are still true. find out what she likes and keep doing it.

Try using different toys during sex. There are many toys available that really know how to work the G-spot. But yeah just relax it took my ex husband just over 6 yrs to work out how to make me orgasm.

Read/ look at medical pictures of the clitoris. Touch it for a long time and she will orgasm. She may not like it at first because it will feel weird to her if she has never had an orgasm but she will get one if you keep touching it. That is what the clitoris is for.

She's not comfortable with you sexually. That takes alittle time to achieve. The more you talk outside the bedroom the more you both will learn about your wants, fantasy's, and so on. Don't give up, It will happen. take care
