My brother works for Papa John's in Sacramento, he is 16 and makes $8.75 hr. Not much money, but he dose live at home....

You can. Look at the local child labor laws for specifics. Also there might be some restrictions on the license-such as no night driving and so forth. As long as you meet these conditions then you shouldn't have any problem
