I don't think so. They'll have more trouble with the bulls, nets, and magic this year in the east and I think that San Antonio and Dallas will still be as strong as ever this year.

i think the better question is, will the same referees be back in the nba next year? cuz if that's the case, Dwyane Wade will get every call in the world and shoot an average of 27 free throws a game. As far as team chemistry and skill, Miami is close to ZERO. They bought themselves a championship this year, and with Shaq becoming a nonfactor, Gary Payton a 12th man, Antoine Walker looking like a big bald sloth on the court, and no new additions to their team, I'll be surprised if the Heat get out of the first round...

No. The state of the NBA will not allow for such a weak team to repeat. The Heat were very fortunate to be able to win one championship. They probably will lose to either Chicago or Detroit in the Eastern Conference Finals. I see the Spurs, Detroit, or Chicago to take it all next year.

Not a chance--they were lucky to win this one. If they had gone against either Phoenix OR San Antonio, it would have been Miami losing in five!!

Doubtful. But hey, I don't think anyone could foresee them winning this year...even when they made the finals (most Heat fans, too).

I don't think so. They will even have difficulty in the East and if they prevail in the East, I believe the Suns with Amare Stuodemire back will outrun them.

I seriously doubt it. They shouldnt have even won this year. The Mavericks were a much better team.

Doubtful. Shaq's almost done. And there's too many other good teams. They're not dominant enough.
