by no potential! I artwork fifty hours a week (on common). i'm on revenues so i do not get added time. My company does no longer have holidays. did you recognize what July 4th meant to my company this three hundred and sixty 5 days? It became Tuesday. i became "fortunate" in that they "allowed" me to have the day without work. My prompt boss requested my why i wanted the day. I suggested "so i will spend a even as with my spouse." We accure leave time. that is awesome. yet in case you're taking time you ought to artwork added time to make up for the time that you took. So that's artwork your a** of in the previous you're taking time or relax so that you artwork your a** off once you come decrease back. We also accrue unwell leave. i have referred to as in unwell ONE time in 2 years. ONE TIME. The day I referred to as in somebody else referred to as in. i became unwell. i became so unwell I went to the ER the day in the previous. i became unwell the subsequent day so referred to as in. It wasn't my fault that somebody else referred to as in. yet I had to artwork more suitable to make up for the time that i became off. We dont' have quotas, we've revenues sort. that's the same element. that's only a extra company (professional) sounding call. A rose by employing the different call. you ought to provide me ten circumstances my revenues and that would not make the situations any extra relaxing. i have been searching round. i ought to galdly take a job which will pay decrease than I make now if it must be that a lot less stressful. there's a lot extra to be suggested about revenues at a job. artwork isn't strictly about the money.

If I was in a lot of debt and thought it could help, I would do it for a limited time, say a year or three. However, if it started taking a toll on my piece of mind, and started having negative effects on my family, then I would quit it sooner. If you find yourself complaining about your job all the time, then it's probably time to get a new one, or to reevaluate yourself, to see if you are just a chronic complainer.

I don't look for at a job as a source of satisfaction. If it happens, great, but most jobs are very dull. However, you can find satisfaction in whatever it is you do, it all depends on having the right attitude. So really, the happiness is in you.
