Actually NO. When the human body goes through puberty (sex organs, hair growth and hormonal changes) it stops at around your early 20's and what ever growth it is you've gained, acually stays with you until you begin to get old then the body begins to loose its elasticity..

They seem to, don't they? I think it's not that they grow, but that they are mostly cartilage, so they don't shrink as much as the surrounding tissue. This makes them appear bigger over time.

yes, because of gravity. look at old people. compare their pictures when they were young.
