I would discuss the matter with the owner of the company. Be prepared, though, to explain how your boss got in possession of your swipe card. If you have proof that it couldn't have been you that used your swipe card, maybe the owner will change his/her mind.
I think one of the problems is that as an Asst. Mgr, you are entrusted to keep control of things. The bad thing is that your boss got hold of your card. But, I think if you can be upfront and honest and talk to the owner in a calm, rational manner, you may be able to get your job back. Good luck to you.

Without a doubt...fight back.
If necessary, contact the Attorney Generals Office, the National Organization for Women, and you may even write a letter to the editor of you local newspaper on the matter. The local newspaper will contact you and maybe investigate.
