Like if your at someones house (boyfriends friends homes) and their wives are fat, they all talk amonst themselves and ignore you or give you dirty looks.

Insecurities and low self esteems.. dont take it personally, its their problem not yours, but u could possibly try to talk to them as if your just one of the girls.. most girls i know dont have problems with girls unless they act like their **** dont stink, thats where women get into trouble is acting like they are better then anyone else..

As a fat chick, I can honestly say that slim chick give the attitude. You think you're beautiful and we are thinking we're not. Guys like you more, they're just good friends with us.
Look at it from our point of view. It would never occur to me that I would be giving someone attitude. I'm just not as confident in myself to just go up to a bunch of slim chicks and start talking. At least with a bunch of fat chicks we can talk about the food right???Lol

My experience has been that people will have an unpleasant attitude toward you if they are insecure or intimidated by you. Either that or if you seem to have an unpleasant attitude they will respond in like fashion. If it's not the second reason the attitude is to cover up the insecurity or the threat of feeling intimidated it's gives the person a false sense of confidence. And lastly very rarely a person will have an attitude with someones because of what they were told about the person and they choose to judge them by what was said.

its not because you are skinny its because you being an outside female are a threat to them. If you are pretty and slim they worry that their men will wanna be with you and not them. I have been on both ends of the spectrum, skinny , fat and then back to skinny. No matter what weight you, how you look or how you dress People in general love to nit pick at anything about anyone else. Haven't you ever said or thought something about someone else? Like: Jeezzz that chick has a fat A**! We all do it whether mentally or verbally.

I think most who have answered must not be very mature. I am a thicker woman, I don't women should be called a chick. I have always had alot of friends being most of my friends are thinner thanme, it has never been an issue for me, Nor did I have to give dirty looks to women I don't know. Women can be very hard on each other. I think for those who do that maybe for alot reasons we might not understand. But if you was at a party of mine I would talk to you as long as you can be nice back.

Look at the history of how heavy women are treated. It also could have to do with the fact that you are thin and they aren't. And heavy women don't judge each other. Hope some of this helps. It's not an easy question to answer.

Well cause sometimes bigger women feel that skinny women think there better cause they r skinny & some big people have a hard time getting to that point. Been there seen that.
