yes there is something out there that can be used but just be careful cause if you use to much it will tighten up the vaginal walls and you want be able to do anything the stuff to get is called chine strink you can get it at an adult super store

If you want to tighten your vaginal muscles you should do kegels. Just tighten the area you would if you were to stop peeing for 20 reps 3 times a day. This should help, and at least try it awhile especially if you are considering surgery - which is not proven effective at all!

No drug can change the shape of tissues. You can probably get a vaginal rejuvenation from a plastic surgeon that will help with what you want. It isn't pills but it is a solution. All the best to you!
