It appears that your boyfriend likes to look at naked girls which is what you have a problem with not the size of the clit.
From your other questions it seems that you are frustrated with your own body and wish to make changes to your body so that you can please your boyfriend.

This may be normal, some men like largr ladies, some smaller, some large boobs, some wasp bite size !!! Also many men get a bit of a buzz out of ladyboys, but they would not necessarily be gay !! I don't know. Some guys have weird fetishes. Have you told him how it makes you feel? If it gets worse, and if it gets to the point where it'll be a problem in the relationship, dump him and move on.
