b/c he didn't get voted in. I am NOT happy about that. I voted for him like 10 times and I think he deserves to be there instead of flippin' AJ pierzynski.

Haffner has put up great numbers, but he's a DH. Sorry, but that's not a "player" in my mind. That's a hitter. A player can actually use his glove to help his team. A hitter is a defensive liability who gets put in as a DH because that's the only way he can help a team. A guy who plays maybe 10 minutes in a 3-hour game doesn't deserve the same kind of consideration as a guy who busts his *** to play defense then gets up and tries to help with his bat. Not that I wouldn't take a lot of players over the designated KC Royal, but a DH would not be first on my list.

well if everyone wanted hafner in the all star game maybe u should of voted 4 him more, cuz AJ Pierzynski is an a*shole. but yeah hafner is a DH but he could of pinched hit for someone and hit a double or something.

Because he was not as deserving as Mark Redmon of the KC Royals. I guess when your ERA is over 5.00 and your K/BB ratio is even, that means your an all star. .320 with 25 homers......wooptie-doo. lol

In all seriousness....the AL is already stacked with 1st basemen and he just happens to be the one on the outside looking in. Unfortunate, yes it is......but being a DH doesn't help either. Plus they are playing in an NL park where there will be no DH usage.

AJ gained the spot as a results of fact there are greater human beings in Chicago than Cleveland and because as international series winners (and due to the phenom three hundred and sixty 5 days they are having now), the White Sox have greater honest climate followers. greater human beings be conscious of who he's. I do disagree with you, in spite of the indisputable fact that, with regard to the vote casting. The All famous individual game replaced into initially conceived as an exhibition game, you get to work out each and every of the stars play jointly. The dumb way that MLB blended up it the previous couple of years with the "This time it counts" living house field benefit adjustments the character of the All famous individual game. If that is how they desire to do it, they could desire to enable the managers do the determining on lower back like they used to do. i could desire to work out it decrease back to being only an exhibition game, which might mean fan vote casting. living house field benefit could bypass to the gang who merits it, the single with the greater effective checklist that season.

He didn't get voted in and the managers didn't see him fit. There are a lot of guys that should be there but aren't.
