what matters: eye color, hair color, skin tone, what you're wearing, what the occassion is

That depends on what color your eyes are. You should always pick a color that's the opposite color of your eye so that your natural eye color pops. Almond eye shapes are the best to play around with because you can make them appear cat-eye shaped or really large (old movie star type). Have fun!

hon we're blessed with these eyes.now i have big almond shaped eyes which means I can try almost all except silver.if urs are big too try gold and plum or gold and brown if they are small copper and brown will look splendid
